Sandford has invested in EPLAN Pro Panel Sotfware which aims to enhance our efficiency in designing, documenting and manging our automation projects. The software will automatically generate detailed reports based on the circuit diagrams are an integral component in completing the comprehensive documentation and supply the data required for downstream project phrases such as production, assembly, commissioning and service.
It will enable us to check the documentation against the quality requirements we have defined, applying comprehensive and individually configurable check procedures.
EPLAN offers a wide range of benefits over traditional CAD software; “it develops solutions for greater efficiency, putting integration and automation at everything it does by providing end-users with all the core functions required of an electrical design package, and easily-integrated additional tools that can be adapted for industry-specific processes”. EPLAN will be run in line with our current AutoCAD and E-CAD software making us outright experts in control panel and control systems manufacturing.
